Please fill out the form below to apply for lips, eyelash brows or scalp micro-pigmentation models. 

Model requirements:

• Must have good skin
• Must be over the age of 18
• Not pregnant or nursing
• No previous work done on brows
• Currently Not taking any blood thinner
• Must be available Sundays and Mondays
• Must submit photo of natural brows or lashes with good lighting front and side angles.
