Ravish Brows processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. For Orders to be processed on Friday and shipped it must be ordered before 1 P.M. or will be shipped out on the following Monday. (Excluding any major US holidays)
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
- 2 Day Shipping: Prices vary 2 Business Days (Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)
- Overnight Shipping: $45 (Must be placed before 1:00 PM EST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)
- Saturday Delivery: $50 (Must be placed before 2:00 PM EST on Friday in order to be shipped the same day and received on Saturday)

Reservations & Cancellations
Your appointments are very important to the specialists at Ravish Brows, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for eyelash extension services and 48 hours notice for PMU services for cancellations. WE HAVE A STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. By making an appointment you understand and agree to the cancellation terms.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to $25.00 (U.S. Dollars)
- “NO SHOWS” will also be charged $30.00 (U.S. Dollars)
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of $25.00 (U.S. Dollars) for the reserved service.
As a courtesy, Ravish Brows will try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also send out an email reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your Specialist will do his/her best to accommodate you. To ensure the best service and experience, we encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If this is your first time visit you will be required to fill out a Eyelash Consultation Forum. If you are later than 15 minutes we may have to reschedule it is at the discretion of Ravish Brows Specialist.
Forms of Payment
We at Ravish Brows reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express and cash. Sorry, we do not accept Discover, or personal checks.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $18%-25% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our Specialist at Ravish Brows greatly appreciate your generosity.
Information that is gathered from visitors
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

What if I am not happy with my service?
At Ravish Brows we strive to make each guest happy before they leave on their appointment day. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 2-3 days after your appointment and we will do anything in our power to give you the result you are looking for. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we appreciate you communicating with us promptly. All services are not refundable. The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. Redo’s can only be scheduled on weekdays.
What happens if I have an allergic reaction?

Your name, phone number, address and other personal information are held in strict confidence. We collect this information for Ravish Brows internal use only and do not distribute to a third party for use. This information is used to better service you and to notify you of happenings, coupons, specials, and other communications strictly from Ravish Brows.
The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.
We always do a complete consultation and take every step necessary to ensure your safety and the best possible results. While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen. It is impossible for us to ask questions regarding every possible circumstance that could result in an unwanted outcome. Therefore, please inform your Ravish Brows Specialist if you started a new medication, allergies, diet or anything else that might possibly affect the outcome of your visit.
For the enjoyment of other Guests, and so that we can give our full concentration to our clients, we ask that you put your cellular phone ringer on “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. We cater to children 12 and under with selective Specialists only. To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that you please leave your children at home unless they have an appointment. Children should be under supervision always. None of our staff can be responsible for your child while you receive services. Age appropriate children may sit by themselves in the lobby however any disturbance to our staff or other guests will be addressed.
All Sales are final there are no returns on the glue. Once purchased you assume all responsibility of use of product this is meant for professional use only. we will not be held responsible for improper application of glue or glue reactions. It is your responsibility to test the glue on all clients before application to be sure they are not allergic or have any kind of reaction. By purchasing this glue from us you understand all risks associated with eyelash application and you are under the agreement that you the user will be held responsible on your own account for anything that may happen.
