  Powder brows are the a new brow treatment, similar to a traditional brow tattoo.  However, this is a semi permanent treatment, which means that the pigment does not go so deep under the skin. It also means that the pigment will fade after some time.

  Powder brows are applied using a single-needle tattoo machine that, delivers ink slightly deeper into the skin than microblading, which uses a handheld tool consisting of several small needles. As a result, powder brows last approximately two to three years, while the results of microblading typically last one to two years. Though powder brows can be applied to all skin types, their slightly longer lifespan make them an ideal choice for those with oily, sensitive or textured skin, as well as those looking to adjust previously tattooed eyebrows.

  Another decisive difference, powder brows tend to cause less trauma to the surrounding skin than microblading. The single needle used to apply powder brows “creates rows of tiny punctures as opposed to a fine, paper-cut-like split that is created in the skin with microblading.”

COURSE INFORMATION

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to allow prep time and for you to settle in. You will receive and email with the course outline and what to expect once you have purchased the course.

Course Model

 We DO NOT provide live models to train on, we use different types of skin and mannequins to mimic them. If you would like to bring your own live model please contact us 1 week prior to taking the class. There will be a limit of 2 models to work on during the class, first to sign up will get the chance to work live that day. 

Pre Requirements

 You must obtain a Blood Bourne Pathogen Certificate before taking the Ravish Brows Microblading Course. This can be done online if you have questions as to were to find this course please contact us. You must also bring proof of completion with you on the date of the class.
